Story Maps: Private Class

One meeting to end all discussion of any other screenwriting technique and the best way to get guidance on your first Story Map.

NOTE: For those who don’t yet have a completed screenplay, want help in developing a new script or just want to get a sense of my method and how it is to work with me…this is the best introductory service that I offer. (If you have a completed screenplay, I would suggest the Full Consultation.)

Story Maps Screenwriting is my method of breaking down your narrative into its main dramatic elements and crucial story beats that must be in the proper page range so that it sucks in major studio Readers (like me) and utilizes the structure that is used by 95% of commercial movies.

For this one-on-one class, I will send you my E-Book Story Maps: How to Write a GREAT Screenplay and you will use this primer as a guide to write a Story Map of your own concept or a popular movie.  I will review your map and prepare detailed notes on it for our 2-hour meeting.

This course includes several Story Maps of produced movies and a helpful worksheet that you can use to break down your narrative into concise elements and beats that will provide the road map for you to write your active, tightly plotted and emotionally engaging screenplay.
