Manager Lee Stobby

Lee Stobby

Lee Stobby is a manager in Hollywood who represents screenwriters in film and television. In this in-depth interview with Lee, he tells us how he scouts scripts online, the difference between an agent and a manager, what makes his ideal client and the three most important things that a manager looks for in a screenwriter.

Note: Lee Stobby is a former advisor to my Story Maps Master Class. In this group class, usually run only twice per year, students have their loglines evaluated by working professionals in the film and television industry and participate in a live Q&A focused on career issues.

Good luck and happy writing,

Daniel Calvisi
